Collection and use of personal data.
Personal data is information that the Apavi UA online store collects when a customer places an order or communicates with a customer.
Personal data of regular customers is collected in the following ways:
· By providing contact information (name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, postal address) on our website or elsewhere (for example, in a shoe warehouse).
· By using a registered customer's e-store account or by using cookies .
Use of collected personal data.
Using the collected personal data, we can inform customers about Apavi UA product news and promotions. A customer who does not want to be on our customer list or be informed about products that may interest them can remove themselves from the database at any time. Customers can unsubscribe from the newsletter by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail footer. We also use the collected personal data to deliver goods and fulfill our obligations to the customer.
Your rights regarding the processing of personal data.
You have the right to be informed about the processing of personal data to the extent provided for by the Personal Data Protection Law and other applicable laws. You have the right to request the cessation of the processing of your personal data, correction, blocking, deletion and transfer of your personal data. If you discover that your rights are violated in the processing of personal data, you have the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate or a court, unless otherwise provided by law. You have the right to claim damages on the basis and in accordance with applicable laws.
We have the right not to fulfill your request:
1. If it is not formulated in an understandable manner;
2. if we cannot identify you;
3. if we have already provided a response to such a request;
4. if the amount of information requested is disproportionate;
5. if the request is unfounded (does not apply to our company, no explanation is provided as to why the request must be fulfilled);
6. if the regulatory enactments stipulate that we are not entitled to provide you with such information or that we are obliged to store certain of your data.
Data security and access to data.
Access to personal data is available to employees of the online store, who may access personal information to resolve technical problems related to the use of the online store and to provide customer support. The online store implements appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure. The transfer of personal data to authorized online store partners (for example, transport service providers and data custodians) takes place in accordance with the online store agreement and agreements with authorized employees. Authorized persons ensure appropriate security measures for the processing of personal data.
Access to personal data and its correction.
Personal data can be accessed and corrected in the online store user
profile. If a purchase is made using a user account, personal data can be
accessed upon receipt of the customer's confirmation.
Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv , therefore
our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the
platform owner Maksekeskus AS.
Withdrawal of consent.
If personal data is processed with the customer's consent, the customer has the right to withdraw consent by notifying the customer support center by e-mail.
Storage.
When closing the online store customer account, personal data will be deleted, unless such data is necessary to maintain for accounting or consumer dispute resolution purposes. If a purchase is made in the online store without using a customer account, the purchase history is stored for three years. In the case of payments and consumer disputes, personal data is stored until the claim is satisfied or until the statute of limitations expires. Personal data necessary for accounting purposes is stored for seven years.
Deletion.
To delete your personal information, contact the customer support center by e-mail. A response to a request for deletion is provided within no more than one month, indicating the deletion period.
Privacy Policy Terms and Changes.
By starting to use the Apavi UA website or by filling out a regular customer application, customers agree that they have read and accepted the Terms. We have the right to change the general terms and conditions of our privacy policy if necessary, notifying all our regular customers.
About returning the product.
Regulation No. 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia
“Regulations on Distance Contracts” stipulates that goods purchased in the
Online Store can be returned within 14 days without giving any reason. The
customer has the right to exchange the purchased product for another product,
change the size or request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product,
provided that the product has not been used and the original packaging of the
product has not been damaged.
In turn, goods purchased in the store can be returned if they are
non-conforming, for example, if they break when used correctly, and the
non-conformity must be discovered within 30 days.
Return procedure:
1. The product must not be worn and the trademarks must not be removed. The product with signs of use will be returned to the customer and no refund will be made.
2. To return the product, you must do the following:

postage is covered by the sender;
• You can also return the product by bringing it to the shoe warehouse at P.

3. The refund is made to the buyer's account, regardless of whether the buyer paid for the shoes by transfer or in cash at the store's cash desk.
4. The refund is made to the account from which the ordered product was paid.
5. Refunds for items returned by bringing them to the shoe store are also made by bank transfer.
